Rahul graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Delhi, India in 2012. Rahul is a registered physiotherapist in the province of Ontario. He has worked in multiple different physiotherapy settings with over 13 years of clinical experience, he has developed a variable skill set that allows him to service multiple streams of treatment.
Rahul believes in educating clients on the clinical condition and emphasizes the importance of treatment plan and establishing short and long term goals to be achieved through rehabilitation. Rahul has a keen interest in the concept of malalignment in the spine and its correction with different manual therapy techniques along with its maintenance with specific and selective exercises.
He believes in continual development in treatment strategies and would like to pursue further manual therapy and manipulation courses to enhance his skills in this direction. He is married with two naughty and fun loving kids who are his world. Likes to travel and taste different cuisines. And always enjoy talking to his patients during the treatment sessions.
Anamika Artwani is a registered physiotherapist in Canada specializing in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, particularly focusing on fascia release and trigger point therapy techniques. With experience since 2019, she has found immense fulfillment in helping individuals overcome pain and regain mobility. Witnessing the transformation and seeing her patients smile after treatment fuels her passion for physiotherapy.
She integrates a personalized approach to rehabilitation, emphasizing the importance of proper posture, body mechanics, and self-care practices for injury prevention. Her dedication to providing quality care is reflected in her ongoing pursuit of education and professional development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, and is committed to continually enhancing her skills to better serve her patients.
Deirdre has lived in the Caledon community with her husband and two dogs since 2000. Prior to working with IHG, she was an event planner and fundraiser helping several charities with their business development for the past 30 years. Deirdre has a background in Food, Nutrition, Consumer and Family Studies.
She is passionate about health and wellness and encourages others to adopt a healthy balanced lifestyle using the Six Circles of Wellness as a guide (Nutrition, Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Social and Financial).
Dr. Jamaal Coke is a chiropractor, committed to the treatment, management and prevention of chronic conditions and acute injuries using various manual therapy techniques.
He received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree, Human Kinetics (Hons) at the University of Guelph. He then graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Coke has also achieved advanced certificates in Whole Food Nutrition and Sport Science & Human Performance.
Growing up as an athlete playing soccer, Dr. Jamaal Coke is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of sports injuries as well as repetitive strain injuries that the general population faces on a day-to-day basis.
In 2020, Dharti successfully completed her Master’s degree in Social Work. Following her academic achievement, she took on the role of a Newcomer Mental Health worker at a settlement agency. Her professional standing is recognized by her registration with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Additionally, Dharti is an esteemed member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
With a substantial background spanning over 3 years in the realm of social services, Dharti has been dedicated to serving both newcomers and the homeless population. Her expertise encompasses a range of services, including virtual and in-person mental health counseling, family support, mediation, and assisting clients in navigating complex systems. She is particularly attuned to the needs of diverse groups, including BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ youth and families.
Dharti has undergone specialized training in Solution-Focused Brief therapy, Crisis Prevention, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST). Her therapeutic approaches are grounded in evidence-based methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and strengths-based and client-centered approaches. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of local community resources and services and excels at coordinating these supports for her clients.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dharti is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. During her leisure time, she indulges in exploring various cafes throughout the city and engaging in the creative outlet of zendoodling artwork. Dr. Naz is a registered Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree and post-graduate studies, she continued her education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to become a Naturopathic Doctor. As a Naturopathic Medical Intern, she has provided naturopathic services to various communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area including Etobicoke and Downtown Toronto. She has an extensive background in research and biological sciences. Her focus is on educating people on the benefits of lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and the power of food as medicine. She provides medically tailored nutritional advice that can support the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Her interest in nutrition and lifestyle medicine motivated her to seek additional training in Wellness and Nutrition at Harvard Medical School Executive education. Moreover, she has completed certification in Functional Medicine and is currently earning a certificate in Cardiology Principles.
